What to include
- App version/build, device model, and iOS version.
- Email/account used.
- District or map pack involved.
- Whether you were online or offline.
- Screenshots, steps to reproduce, and any error messages.
Account help
Support can help with email verification, password reset, wrong email address, account deletion, and data deletion requests. See Data Deletion for deletion request details.
Subscription help
SatChart subscriptions are managed by Apple. Use in-app restore purchases where available, and cancel or manage subscriptions through Apple ID subscription settings.
Radio Group help
For group issues, include the group name or ID if safe to share, whether you were creating or joining by invite, group approval status, and whether the issue involved shared pins, shared waypoints, or stopping live sharing.
Offline maps help
Initial downloads and updates require internet access. Downloaded maps can be used offline when installed. If the app cannot find data, retry the download when online or contact support with the map pack and error message.
Safety and support boundaries
SatChart support cannot provide emergency assistance. For emergencies, use appropriate emergency channels and procedures. For regulations, openings, closures, and emergency orders, check official agencies.
