SatChart may use public, commercial, hosted, cached, or user-generated data to provide maps, tides, weather, ocean context, Radio Groups, offline packs, logbook tools, and research displays.

Possible data/source families

  • NOAA, National Weather Service, NOAA CO-OPS, NDBC, NOAA CoastWatch.
  • NASA, GIBS, Copernicus/Sentinel, USGS, Apple MapKit.
  • Cloudflare R2, Firebase, public fishery reports/data publishers, and radio/audio stream providers where applicable.

No endorsement

Third-party providers do not sponsor, endorse, certify, or warrant SatChart unless expressly stated in writing.

Data limitations

Data may be delayed, cached, estimated, incomplete, corrected after publication, unavailable, transformed or derived by SatChart, and subject to source-provider changes.
